How do I use it?

Used gel with custom bleaching trays from a Licensed dentist (included). Just fill each tray with a continuous line of whitening gel, taking care to aim the product toward the front side of the tray. Insert the trays into your mouth, and tap them lightly so that they conform to the surfaces of your teeth. Leave your trays in for no more than 30 minutes when using whitening gel containing 35% carbamide peroxide .

After 30 minutes, remove the trays, and wipe the excess gel off your teeth with a finger or dry toothbrush. Do not brush your teeth with toothpaste. Rinse your mouth well, and be sure not to swallow any gel. Finally, wash your trays, dry them well, and store them properly to keep them clean and protected. You're done!

Fluoridex Toothpaste Instructions:

1. Adults apply a small amount of gel dentifrice to toothbrush and brush thoroughly on all tooth surfaces for at least one minute.
2. After use, adults expectorate. For best results, do not eat, drink, or rinse for 30 minutes. Expectorate after use and rinse mouth thoroughly.
3. Use twice daily as your normal dentifrice or as directed by your dental professional.
